Wedding Day Coordination

On your wedding day, you should not have to think about suppliers, timings or practical questions. You want to trust that someone sees what is needed, responds at the right moment and keeps the day moving calmly.

As your professional wedding day coordinator, I am present in the background. I oversee the timeline, coordinate with the venue and suppliers, and make sure everyone knows where they need to be. Not in a noticeable way, but calmly and carefully, so the day can unfold naturally.

For couples who want to let go

Many couples consciously choose not to give this role to friends or family. This allows everyone to experience the day as a guest, while I take care of the structure, coordination and flow.

I am the main point of contact for suppliers, the venue and everyone involved. If something does not go exactly as planned, I take care of it. Often without you even noticing.

For weddings with more than 10 guests, I work together with an assistant. This ensures there is enough attention for everything happening behind the scenes, without the day ever feeling busy or overwhelming for you or your guests.

For me, that is the strength of good coordination: being present when needed, without stepping into the foreground.

I work with a clear timeline, coordinate with all suppliers in advance and oversee the planning, logistics and key moments on the day itself.

From set-up to dinner, from the ceremony to the party: I keep the overview, so you can enjoy each other, your guests and everything happening around you.
